Clever storage and the use of a variety of doors (barn / french / restored) allows for maximum movement, in which makes for the perfect getaway space.
Beach House
This design proposal was to convert the old beach shanty into a beautiful modern and contemporary family beach house. The old french tiled roof was converted into a modern gable end roof featuring federation details.
Granny Flat
The granny flat was proposed to be constructed as a secondary dwelling on an existing block of land located on the northern beaches of Sydney.
Underground
A self contained dwelling below the already finished house enabling them to have a rentable income. The building process was very intricate and required a lot of attention to detail keeping most of the floor area open plan.
Coast Of Old
This very modern coast inspired home was carried out with the highest attention to detail.
Ocean Side Terrace
A modern but reclaimed feel to the interior and exterior. Creating a tarnished feeling by using harsh materials such as raw zinc, feature grade hardwoods, antique brown floor finishes and patina chemicals to create an aged look to raw metals.
Tree Time
This Northern Box deck structure was built using large section sizes of "LOSP primed timbers" and "Lights Steel Beams LSB" integrated with rough sawn/milled timbers to create a bulky strong sense to the structure.
Oasis
The idea behind this project was to remove all the existing landscaping and replace with an entirely new concept incorporating the pool into the design.
Outdoors In
A private entertaining area that extends the indoor living to an outdoor breathable living space.
