This modern, contemporary renovation was designed and constructed by Timber Artistry. The design scope was to create a self contained dwelling below the already finished house, thus providing the owners with a rentable income. The building process was very intricate and required meticulous attention to detail in order to maintain a very open plan floor area.

All new window and door schedule
Framed partition walls
New custom stair-casement
Wall linings to all surfaces
Travertine Turkish tiles
200x200 architectural hardwood timbers
Concealed steel beams
Remedial work on services like gas, electrical, sewer mains etc.
