Beach House

The design brief was to convert an old shanty into a beautiful, modern and contemporary family beach house.

The construction process involved demolition of the front facade and extending the building line to accomodate for a new open plan entertaining area. The old French tiled roof was converted into a modern gable end roof featuring federation details.

This project also included new bathrooms, decking, lime washed floors, front fence and detached pergolas. New windows and doors were also installed throughout to truly create a beach inspired feel.
