Tree Time

This Northern Box deck structure was built using large section sizes of 'LOSP primed timbers' and 'Lights Steel Beams LSB'. These were integrated with rough sawn/milled timbers to give a strong, bulky feel to the structure. The access from the ground level to the first floor was created by means of a saw tooth stair casement carved out of H3 LVL beams and lined in Northern Box decking. The dwelling below was also gutted and fitted out as per the clients specifications - floating floor boards, new cedar window and door units and a whole new interior paint job.
