We’ve come a long way from the lemon yellow house that once was. At this stage all subfloor framing has been complete and internal, as well as external walls have been framed and installed according to plans supplied to Timber Artistry.
The exposed rafter pitched roof is complete with all new corrugated matt finish roof sheets installed. V-joint lining boards contribute to aesthetic appeal and these have been applied to the entire roof structure.
Far from small and pokey, this granny flat includes a deck for entertaining. The framework of the deck has been completed and Black Butt hardwood decking has been installed and fixed down with stainless steel fixings. To create privacy, Timber Artistry has installed a custom fixed timber louvered privacy screen along the entertaining area.
