With the structural faze of the Esplanade Project now complete the house has undergone numerous cosmetic updates with extreme attention to detail and a high end finish.
Firstly we removed the existing entry way and replaced it with a decking platform, a gable designed roof and a custom made widened double opening door.
This modern development house on the calm waters of Pittwater is undergoing a renovation to bring a coastal feel to hit's home to match it's surroundings. The project is under going structural changes as well as remedial work.
