With the structural phase of the Esplanade Project now complete, the house is undergoing numerous cosmetic updates, with extreme attention to detail, to bring about a high end finish.

In this phase of the project we say goodbye to the previous cement render as we introduce a new, classic weatherboard look. A timber frame with thick timber battens is affixed around the house, allowing weatherboard to be attached seamlessly to the house. It is a challenging, but rewarding process.

The new weatherboard, combined with all the trimmings of stylish window reveals, exposed rafters above the garage, mottled glass windows mounted to custom built doors and concealed lighting, make this a job we are very proud of.
