202 Powderworks
Open space and freedom is just what every modern family needs. To achieve this at ‘The 202’, Timber Artistry extended the back of the house to create additional rooms, a bathroom and an enlarged back deck which flows seamlessly from the existing lounge room. Careful design allows this family to enjoy views from the back deck without compromising their privacy. Unique to this project are the striking hardwood timber posts that Timber Artistry was able to source from an old bridge. To round out the project, the front of the house is given an update to match the rear extension. Street appeal is dramatically improved with a new front verandah, stairs, planter boxes and gable roof.
